raymond de souza knights of maltaFriday, October 6, 2017 - Catholic apologist, speaker and writer Raymond De Souza, KM will be speaking on Fatima, First Saturday Devotions, and the Rosary inside the historic St. Mary of Victories Church.  This event is sponsored by The Wanderer Newspaper.

The event starts at 7 pm, with introductions by Fr. Brian Harrison, O.S.  Following the event there will be a short reception in Cardinal Mindszenty Hall (next door to the church).   Ample free and secure parking is provided at St. Mary of Victories and on the lot at 3rd and Gratiot (just to the south of the church).  Security staff will be on hand.


Raymond de Souza, KM is Brazilian by birth, Catholic by grace and American citizen. He is the Delegate for International Missions for Human Life International (HLI) and regularly travels all over the world to represent HLI in mission activities to refute the Culture of Death and proclaim the Gospel of Life.
He is also the President of the Sacred Heart Institute in the United States; EWTN program Host; Knight of Magistral Grace of the Sovereign Military Order of  Malta and Coordinator of the Knights of the Sacred Heart Legion.

Raymond has distinguished himself as an international Catholic Pro-Life activist, apologist, author, and broadcaster. Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese and also having conversational ability in Italian and Afrikaans, he has given over 2,500 talks on pro-life, Catholic apologetics and related topics, in person, on radio and television. His work has assisted religious education programs at parishes, schools, and lay organizations on five continents.  He has a weekly column on Catholic apologetics in the national Catholic newspaper, the Wanderer.
